This workshop will inspire and encourage your family to pursue a lifestyle of destiny.

2. Enjoying the Journey                                          Tammye Hamilton

Are you feeling burned out? Have you lost your joy?  Homeschooling is hard work and most homeschooling mothers also find themselves with a full plate of other pressing responsibilities. It can all be overwhelming. Join this homeschooling mother of eight as she shares how she has recovered from and avoided burnout in her twenty-plus years of parenting, homeschooling and serving in leadership. Tammye gives encouragement, practical pointers and scriptural truths to bring you renewed joy in your homeschool journey.

3. Building Confidence in Your Children  Martha Robinson

Confidence, leadership, self-discipline, motivation…  These are characteristics that help young people excel in whatever field they may be called to enter.  Learn simple ways to help your child become a confident leader during this workshop by long-time homeschooling mom Martha Robinson, leader of Melbourne's U.S. Naval Sea Cadets unit.  Children aged nine and up will have an activity time during this workshop, so they are encouraged to attend with their parents.

7 pm Friday                                       Keynote Address

The Biblical View of Education: Why Students Must Have A Christian Worldview   John Stonestreet

Christian education is more than education in a Christian environment. In fact, it isn’t a Christian education unless it confronts students with a Christian worldview. In his keynote address, John provides a model for education that is distinctly Christian, beginning with Christian assumptions, governed by Christian methodology, towards Christian ends.
